Fast Start
Purpose:
The first 100 days of becoming a new
Representative is an exciting time when you lay the
foundation for a successful business. We know that the more
jewelry you have to display, the more you will sell. To help
you build your business quickly, the Fast Start Jewelry
Rewards Program rewards you with free jewelry for developing
good business habits – habits of consistent activity. You
will experience immediate rewards while developing habits to
achieve your goals.
How
Does it Work:
Earn up to $3,000 in
Free Jewelry for Personal Sales
A new
Representative may qualify for up to $3,000 in FREE jewelry
based on her personal sales! For every $2,100 in cumulative
Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) a new
Representative acquires during their first 100 days, the new
Representative will receive a $500 Free Jewelry Certificate.
The 100 days begins the day their Application-Agreement is
entered.
All
Free Jewelry Certificates are based on the cumulative
Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) submitted during the
Fast Start Period (including the commissionable sales of
Home Shows, Book Shows, individual orders, overage on Free
Jewelry Certificate redemption, and Commissionable
Returns.). As new Representatives’ sales accrue and they
reach specific PCV levels, they will be rewarded with free
jewelry.

For
every
Recruit a you sponsors during your Fast Start Period, you may qualify for a $500 Free Jewelry Recruiting
Bonus. There’s no limit to the Free Jewelry
Recruiting Bonuses they may qualify for! The more qualified
Recruits, the more Recruiting Bonuses the new Representative
will receive! Here are the qualifications:
The
new Representative (Sponsor) must achieve $2,100 or more
cumulative PCV during her Fast Start Period.
The
new Recruit must have an entry date during her Sponsor’s
Fast Start Period and achieve $2,100 or more cumulative PCV
during her own Fast Start Period.
All
Free Jewelry Certificates will be posted online. This will
allow the Representative to see their certificate as soon as
it is available and redeem it for free jewelry right away.
Monthly Incentive Program
Purpose:
This program rewards all Representatives who meet 1 of 2
Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) levels each month with
free jewelry certificates in denominations of $100 or $200.

How Does it Work:
The sales qualifications are based on calendar month
PCV (not retail
sales). PCV for jewelry, belts and watches is 70% of the
catalog suggested retail price. You can also refer to your
Suggested Retail Price List/Cost List to find out the
commissionable value of each item. For PCV to count towards
a calendar month, all complete and paid orders must be
received at Headquarters by midnight CT on the last day of
the month.
When
a Representative qualifies for a Monthly Incentive award,
the free jewelry certificate will be posted online. This
will occur by the 10th day of the month after the monthly
statement process is complete. This will allow the
Representative to see their award certificate as soon as it
is available and redeem it for free jewelry right away.

My First Year
Purpose:
This program recognizes Representatives in their first year
who establish a strong foundation in their businesses by
recruiting Qualified Representatives and meeting minimum
Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) sales levels during
their first year as a Representative.

First Year Reports
How Does it Work:
The sales qualifications are based on a Representatives PCV
and the number of Qualified Representatives recruited during
their first twelve months. Representatives who meet the
qualifications listed below during their first twelve (12)
months as a Representative will receive the following:
Recognition in the online newsletter the month the
qualifications are achieved. An invitation to attend a
private reception with Founders at the annual National
Conference and a special “My First Year” necklace.

Sterling
Club
Purpose:
This program rewards Representatives for
consistency in holding Home Shows during the sales year July
1 through June 30. The rewards include recognition in the
monthly newsletter, an invitation to attend
a private reception hosted by the Founders at the annual
National Conference as well as an exclusive gift designed by
the Founders specifically for Sterling Club members.
Sterling Club Reports
How Does it Work:
The sales qualifications are based on sales year Estimated
Retail Sales of $45,000 (equivalent to $31,500 Personal
Commissionable Volume). Any Representative who reaches this
sales qualification between July 1 and June 30 of the sales
year will be a member of the Sterling Club for that sales
year.
Upon
qualifying, the Representative will be recognized in the
monthly newsletter the month that the
qualification is reached. Representative will also receive a
Sterling Club Reception invitation via email and/or mail
prior to the end of the sales year.
SOAR Incentive Trip
Purpose:
This program rewards all Representatives who meet minimum
Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) sales levels required
to earn this incentive for the sales year of July 1 through
June 30. It also rewards Representatives who recruit
qualified New Level 1 Recruits as the Personal
Commissionable Volume from these can be counted towards
earning this reward as well. The reward is a fabulous trip
with the opportunity to qualify for an upgrade.
SOAR
Reports
How Does it Work:
The contest consists of a Standard SOAR Trip and a SOAR Trip
Upgrade. The sales qualifications are based on your personal
PCV (not Retail Sales)
and the PCV (not Retail
Sales) of your New Level 1 Recruits for the sales
year of July 1 - June 30. New Level 1 Recruits are new
Representatives personally recruited by you
during the sales year of July 1 - June 30.
